Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee the financial operations for Condo and Homeowner Associations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing cash applications, particularly through lockbox systems, and ensuring accurate processing of various payment methods including ACH payments, E-payments, and E-checks. This role will involve handling a high volume of transactions, with a primary focus on lockbox processing.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable department for Condo and Homeowner Associations.Oversee the processing of payments received through lockbox systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Supervise a team responsible for cash applications, reconciliations, and posting of payments.Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to ensure seamless integration and processing of lockbox payments.Develop and implement efficient procedures for handling ACH payments, E-payments, and E-checks.Monitor and review payment processing workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any discrepancies or issues related to payment processing.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies regarding financial transactions and data security.Provide regular reporting and analysis of Accounts Receivable activities, including aging reports, cash flow projections, and reconciliation statements.Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance within the Accounts Receivable function.
